For the first time in many years, this role represents the addition of a paid, contracted staff position as we begin an exciting new chapter beyond our long-standing, volunteer-led model. As we approach our 50th anniversary, this moment reflects both how far we’ve come and our commitment to building a strong, sustainable future for the next 50 years of Rhode Island Pride.
This Project Manager will be a key partner in helping strengthen our operations, support PrideFest and the Illuminated Night Parade, and lay the groundwork for growing our team and expanding our impact year-round. We see this role as foundational to where we’re headed and an opportunity for someone to grow alongside the organization.
