Parade Registration

Registration for the Illuminated Night Parade is now open and will close on April 30, 2025! Don’t miss your opportunity to be part of one of New England’s most spectacular LGBTQIA+ Pride celebrations and showcase your organization, business, or brand along the parade route at this unforgettable experience.

Early bird registration ends on March 15, 2026.

Saturday, June 20, 2026 – kick-off at 8:00 PM

Registration Directions

All participants will need to create an Eventeny account (or log into an existing one) in order to submit their parade application and upload required materials. We strongly encourage all participants to complete payment by credit card at checkout to secure their space as quickly as possible. Small businesses and nonprofit organizations may pay by check only when credit card payment is not possible due to organizational policies, limited access to credit, or internal approval or reimbursement processes. In those cases, participants must print the required manual registration form and mail it along with a check to: PO Box 1082, Providence, RI 02901. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received and confirmed.
