2026 Vendor, Parade, and Sponsorship Applications are Open!

We are so excited to announce that applications for the 2026 Rhode Island PrideFest & Parade are officially open! This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate 50 years of Rhode Island Pride, and we cannot wait to mark this milestone with our community.

Pride is a time to come together as a community, to celebrate one another, find solidarity, and foster joy together, especially in uncertain times. As we honor 50 years of Pride in Rhode Island, we hope to create something that truly makes our community proud.

Early bird registration will close on March 15, 2026
All applications will close on April 31, 2026

Please note: We have moved to Eventeny for 2026 and are no longer using EventHub. You will need to create a new Eventeny login/account to register. This platform will be used to manage applications, upload documentation, and process payments going forward.

During checkout you will be required to enter your Credit Card or Banking/ACH information in order to complete your registration. However, you will only be charged upon your application being accepted. Payments by check are reserved for small business and nonprofit organizations. You will not be able to complete your registration/application online at this time, please fill out this form and mail it back to us. Upon receiving this form, someone on our team will be in touch.

Entertainment Applications Now Open!
We’re currently accepting entertainment applications for the Rhode Island PrideFest Mainstage as part of our 50th Anniversary celebration. Performers and acts of all kinds are encouraged to apply — the deadline to submit your application is April 1, 2026. Don’t miss the chance to be part of one of New England’s most vibrant Pride stages!
