Enjoy PrideFest from the Beer, Wine, and Spirits tent! The Beer, Wine, and Spirits tents is located directly adjacent to the festival main stage with access to 8 full service bars and professional bartenders. Guest must be 21+ with a valid ID for entry.
The vendor exhibition is a kaleidoscope of LGBTQ+ and ally-owned businesses, local artisans, and community organizations, offering a unique shopping experience that celebrates individuality and inclusivity. From colorful merchandise to one-of-a-kind crafts, the vendor exhibition is a lively marketplace where you can discover and support a myriad of talents.
The Rhode Island Pride Kids Zone presented by Nissan is a family-friendly area open from 12-3 pm during PrideFest, offering a vibrant array of activities to entertain children and their families. With engaging programming provided by the Providence Children's Museum, the Kids Zone promises an afternoon filled with fun and creativity.

Rhode Island Pride is thrilled to announce the star-studded lineup for this year’s PrideFest with headlining performances by Grammy Award-winner Motown legend and the recent semi-finalist on the hit TV show, “The Masked Singer,” Thelma Houston, RuPaul’s Drag Race stars Yvie Oddly and Xunami Muse, and American Idol sensation Blake Lewis.
On-site basic first aid is available at our first aid station, located to the right of the mainstage and the volunteer hospitality area (look for a first aid flag). Our staff is ready provide non emergent support for cuts, bumps, and bruises. Lost items and people should be brought to a member of our staff at the first aid tent or the PrideFest information booth (located at the main entrance on Dyer St.).
We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests of every ability. Our ADA viewing areas for the festival mainstage and parade reviewing stand are designed to provide optimal visibility and comfort. These designated spaces ensure that all attendees can fully enjoy the performances and festivities. Please visit our information booth for directions and assistance in accessing these areas.

PrideFest is on Saturday, June 15, 2024. The festival begins at 11:30 am with the parade kick-off scheduled for 7:45 pm (yes, PM).
The Illuminated Night Parade steps off at the intersection of Empire and Washington. Spectators viewing areas are on Washington St. and Dorrance St., and Weybosset St.
PrideFest is located in Downton Providence, in District Park located at 120 Peck St. Providence, RI 02903.
There are many parking locations available throughout the city, including surface lots, garages, and street parking.
Caution: we recommend not parking on Greene St., Washington St., Dorrance St., Weybosset St., or Empire St.. These roads are closed due to the parade.
No, you do not need to purchase a ticket. We do suggest a $5 donation at the festival gates.

The safety of festival attendees is at the forefront of our planning. We work with a variety of different local, state, and federal stakeholders to ensure the safety of festival and parade attendees.
During the festival and parade, we have a combination of private security, ems, marked and unmarked police officers.
We ask everyone to remain alert to their surroundings and to report any suspicious behavior or packages to security personnel. If you see something say something.
A first aid tent is located to the right of the mainstage and volunteer hospitality area (indicated by a first aid flag) and has qualified medical personnel that can render first aid.
